This makes sense since the licensing usually depends on the software manufacturers. I’ll also add the features along with it since again the features also depend on the software as well. As for the customer service and responsible gaming policies the presence and quality of the policies reflect good or bad customer service. Merging the different criteria wont affect the review except that it’ll make it more concise.
